MGF and Christopher Fischer entered into an exclusive license agreement in July 2023. The two companies are committed to market licensed cashmere and non-cashmere Christopher Fischer branded sweater collections that maintain the design ethic and standards of Christopher Fischer collections, but now at a new value price point and focused towards a much wider market.
The Christopher Fischer Cashmere brand was established in 1982 in London and Hawick in Scotland, then moved to New York in 1990. Christopher Fischer has attained a global reputation as a cashmere leader, creating knitwear that combines exceptional quality, purity, and innovation in modern and contemporary designs, which has led the brand to earn being called one of the true “Kings of Cashmere.” The Christopher Fischer collections include cashmere and non-cashmere for men, women, and babies, as well as a home collection.
